Basic Pharmacology - Syllabus

Course Description

Basic Pharmacology is a year long course with 24 lessons. Each lesson takes about a week and a half to complete and students have 180 days to complete the course.

Throughout Basic Pharmacology, students will learn the terms and vocabulary associated with different types of drugs, methods of administration and measurement, and the different drugs used for different bodily systems. Students also study drugs used for therapeutic purposes, chemotherapy, anti-infection, analgesic drugs, and emergency drugs such as intravenous drugs and blood products.
